Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate room availability and guest records in PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and issue change.
• Balance cash accounts and perform basic bookkeeping.
• Issue room keys and assist bell staff as needed.
• Review charges with guests at check-out and post to ledgers.
• Transmit guest messages via telephone or switchboard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations and answer inquiries about services.
