Job summary

Soho House & Co in West Hollywood seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome members and hotel guests, manage check-ins, and handle inquiries with a hospitable, proactive approach. You will balance cash, relay updates across departments and promote amenities to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior experience with hotel front desk systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of similar role or customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume inquiries.
• Experience with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets or Opera.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, guests and staff with top-notch service.
• Perform concierge duties: booking cars, tickets, reservations, spa, etc.
• Answer emails and inquiries; print/scan documents for guests.
• Communicate updates across departments to maintain workflow.
• Handle billing inquiries, folios, disputes, receipts and refunds.
• Advise on Soho House amenities, room types, rates and availability.
• Coordinate with valet and luggage staff; assist guests as needed.
• Participate in daily shift briefings and maintain professional phone etiquette.
