Requirements include at least one year Concierge experience or an AA degree preferred, English proficiency, and familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS or Alice software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Luxury hotel/front desk experience desired.
• Experience in high-volume environments preferred.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
