Job summary

The Sunset Marquis, West Hollywood, CA, seeks a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, respond to inquiries, manage phone calls, and check guests in and out. You will provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to create a memorable experience in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include daily arrivals/departures coordination, confidentiality maintenance, and timely communication with departments for room changes and special requests, ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) is a plus; and/or minimum of one year Concierge experience; and/or equivalent education/experience.
• Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience preferred.
• High volume/fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Proficient in English - verbal and written.
• Opera Cloud PMS experience is a plus.
• Alice software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries; direct calls and check guests in/out.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Handle phone procedures, wake-up calls, and related front desk tasks.
• Communicate room changes to relevant departments.
• Ensure accuracy of in-house guest ledger and report discrepancies.
