Hampton Inn- Norco in Norco, CA is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to provide prompt, friendly guest service, check-in and check-out, and information on hotel services. You will be proficient with the Property Management System and handle guest requests with a customer-first mindset.

The role requires upselling rooms when possible, acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled, and being available for weekend and holiday shifts. Excellent communication and a professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to speak fluent English.
Strong computer and typing skills, tech-savvy.
Stand for long periods behind the desk and front office areas.
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Willing to work weekends, and/or holidays, and multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

Check-in and check-out guests promptly and professionally.
Register guests, issue keys, provide information on hotel services and local area.
Answer phones courteously and upsell rooms.
Be the Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled.
Operate the front desk and Property Management System.
Complete brand trainings and login to Brand Portal as required.
Ensure lobby and public areas are tidy and welcoming.
Process cash and credit card transactions per procedures.
Respond to guest requests and concerns with appropriate service recovery.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
