Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality's Hampton Inn & Suites North Port is seeking experienced Guest Service Agents to support AM and PM front desk operations. You will check guests in and out, assist with reservations, and deliver courteous service.

This role requires knowledge of our brand systems and loyalty programs, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
• Understanding of daily hotel operations, policies, procedures, and internal rules.
• Knowledge of Brand operating systems and Brand loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest registrations (check ins & check outs), room assignments, and special requests.
• Understand daily hotel operations and internal policies.
• Assist guests with problems and questions; ensure issues are resolved.
• Answer phones, handle mail, and take messages.
• Knowledge of room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
• Maintain front desk, back office, and common areas during spare time.
