Four Seasons Hotels Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a courteous Front Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and provide exceptional service. You will greet guests by name, handle inquiries, and coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of guest or customer service experience in a luxury setting, plus a High School diploma or GED. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest or customer service experience (preferably in a hotel/hospitality environment).
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a luxury setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and courteously to requests.
• Coordinate with GSM/AGSM to ensure smooth group arrivals and departures.
