Panorama Eyecare is seeking a Patient Experience Representative - Front Desk to greet patients, verify information, and manage scheduling and check-in/out processes. You will handle insurance verification, patient portal access, and routine office tasks to support efficient clinic operations.

The role emphasizes patient-centered service, accuracy in data entry, and courteous communication while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with the care team in Fort Collins, CO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a medical office preferred.
• Word processing/computer scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of a typical office work environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients upon arrival and verifies information.
• Checks insurance information and referrals/authorizations.
• Registers patients in computer systems for accurate billing.
• Schedules in-office appointments per recalls on route slips.
• Maintains patient flow and answers general questions per guidelines.
• Collects payments and balances receipts.
• Manages patient portal tokens and recalls for future appointments.
• Assists patients with transportation, writing checks, or phone calls.
• Directs patients to waiting rooms and service areas.
• Ensures confidentiality of medical records and information.
• Maintains reception area and supports office tasks.
