Job summary

NextGig in Washington DC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of the hotel. You’ll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and share your knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment, and events.

You’ll need a High School diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of related experience. The role requires a cheerful, professional demeanor, cash handling, and comfort with hotel computer systems; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Must be a people-person and able to interact with guests and team members politely and positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk duties from check-in to check-out with a warm, professional manner.
