Job summary

Homewood Suites Washington DC Convention Center is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face at the front desk. You’ll greet guests, check them in and out, and share local recommendations to ensure a warm, effortless stay.

You’ll handle cash, operate computers and front desk software, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends and holidays. A High School diploma and 3–6 months related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months related front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be a people-person with excellent communication and a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check in, and check out in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Share knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment and events with guests.
• Handle cash and use computers and property management systems to manage front desk tasks.
