Job summary

Pinnacle Propane is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle day-to-day front-office tasks and support customers. You will work with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure efficient service and may assist with propane bottle refilling after training and licensing.

Responsibilities include answering calls, resolving inquiries, and maintaining performance metrics while following safety protocols for propane handling.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to resolve inquiries professionally and calmly.
• Strong organization in a fast-paced front-office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• English fluency required; Spanish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and handle customer queries
• Adhere to assigned schedule and perform all tasks
• Provide first level support for customer complaints or issues
• Research / resolve customer inquiries
• Discuss daily/weekly/monthly performance with supervisor
• Ensure satisfactory daily call answer rate and first-call resolutions
