Job summary

Pinnacle Propane is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle day-to-day front-office activities and work closely with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure excellent service for residential and commercial customers. Training and licensing for propane handling will be provided, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

In addition to core customer care tasks, you may assist with propane bottle refilling as needed, and you will follow established safety protocols while

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication with employees and customers.
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and handling customer queries
• Adhere to assigned schedule and perform all tasks
• Provide first-level support for customer complaints or issues
• Research / resolve customer inquiries
• Discuss with direct supervisor results of daily, weekly, and monthly performance
• Accountable for satisfactory daily call answer rate and first call resolutions
