Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors; determine visit type and notify the appropriate team member.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages as needed.
• Check-in patients on first visit and verify information and insurance details.
• Schedule appointments and print reminders; manage school/work excuses as needed.
• Coordinate payments and assist with account resolution; handle mail and deliveries.
