Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Experience handling insurance verification and intake processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors, determine the nature of visit, and route to appropriate staff.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages as needed.
• Check-in patients and collect basic information at first visit; verify insurance details.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrival and readiness; schedule and manage appointments.
• Process payments and apply postings to patient accounts; update charts and information.
