Brace Yourself Orthodontics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to join our growing team. You will greet patients, determine visit types, and route to the appropriate team member while providing information about clinic features.

You will answer calls, verify insurance details, schedule appointments, collect payments, and update patient charts. A High School Diploma and 1 year of admin experience are preferred; bilinguals are a plus.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and receive customers, determine nature of visit, and notify appropriate team member.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and take messages as needed.
• Check-in and collect basic information from patients on their first visit.
• Verify insurance information and notify clinicians of patient arrival.
• Make appointments for returning patients and print reminders.
• Coordinate payment arrangements and account resolution.
• Update charts and patient information in the system.
• Drive internal marketing initiatives and encourage team involvement.
