Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in the medical field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance, and other necessary information.
• Check patients out and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions.
• Collect copays and other patient payments.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and other front-office tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff.
• Assist with scheduling and managing the daily patient flow.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
