Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical office or patient-facing healthcare role preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.
• Manage scheduling, registration, and appointment coordination.
• Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Support smooth patient flow between clinical and administrative teams.
• Assist with patient intake, documentation preparation, and rooming support as needed.
• Communicate clearly with providers and staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Respond to patient inquiries in person and over the phone with excellent service.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
