Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of front desk experience in a medical office/clinic.
• Prior dermatology or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Experience with patient check-in/check-out workflows and scheduling.
• Experience verifying insurance and entering data in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Extend friendly and welcoming greetings.
• Ensure paperwork and EMR systems are current and correctly filled out.
• Enter medical histories and prescriptions into EMR.
• Educate patients and respond to questions in the office/on the phone.
• Schedule patients for new/returning/follow-up appointments.
