SPS North America, Inc. is seeking a professional Receptionist to warmly greet visitors and handle inbound calls, ensuring a superior client experience. The role includes light facilities tasks, meeting room setup, mail handling, and cross-training across SPS service areas to support operations and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive, adaptable attitude to support employees and clients in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years prior admin/reception experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with multi-phone line systems and MS Office is helpful.
