Avista Senior Living North Mountain in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an exceptional receptionist to join the Front Desk team at our assisted living and memory care community. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.

The ideal candidate will multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be dependable, friendly, and have a passion for serving others. Prior experience in senior living is preferred, with basic computer skills and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in senior living is preferred.
• Positive and engaging demeanor.
• Passion for serving others.
• First impression through friendliness and customer service.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills; ability to design flyers.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Answer phones and route calls clearly and professionally.
• Process mail and manage the business center.
• Maintain a safe, clean lobby and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments.
• Direct visitors and coordinate sign-in procedures.
• Log significant incidents and manage maintenance requests.
