Job summary

Stellar Senior Living seeks a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for Granite Gate Senior Living, a large community in Prescott, AZ. You will be the welcoming face for residents and visitors, handling calls, assisting the executive team, and delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role runs M-F 1pm-7pm with potential weekend coverage. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and more. Prior receptionist experience and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks.
• Answer phones in a professional manner.
