Job summary

Lefferts Investments is seeking a Front of House Representative for a luxury mixed-use property in Miami Beach. You’ll be the primary contact for guests, residents, tenants and visitors, delivering high-quality service across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities include check-ins/check-outs, multi-line phone handling, package and access management, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Front desk/concierge experience in hotel or residential property.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse population.
• Familiarity with property management or hotel software; willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional presence and sound judgment under pressure.
• Ability to manage several priorities and work independently.
• Commitment to discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, residents, tenants and visitors with courteous service.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs for short-term guests.
• Build relationships with residents and tenants and respond to day-to-day needs.
• Address requests and concerns and follow through to resolution.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and handle inquiries promptly.
• Oversee packages, deliveries, visitor access and notices.
• Provide information about amenities, policies, and local area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and building management.
• Escalate time-sensitive and safety matters per procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and represent hospitality values in interactions.
