Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality experience required.
• Multilingual or bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, residents, tenants and visitors with a courteous, professional standard of service.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs for short-term guests accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with residents and tenants, and respond to their day-to-day needs.
• Address requests and concerns proactively, and follow each through to resolution.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Oversee packages, deliveries, visitor access and building notices.
• Provide accurate information about building amenities, policies, services and the local area.
• Work with housekeeping, maintenance and building management to resolve issues quickly.
• Escalate time-sensitive and safety-related matters according to property procedures.
• Uphold the property's service, communication and confidentiality standards at all times.
• Represent the brand's hospitality values in every interaction.
• This position requires a flexible schedule. Shifts may include weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
