Emprime Solutions is seeking polished concierge professionals to support luxury multifamily residential communities throughout the Miami area. You\'ll provide exceptional customer service at a professional front desk, greeting residents and visitors, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional appearance.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Comfortable using computers and property management systems.
• Experience with BuildingLink or similar property technology is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents.
• Provide front desk assistance and resident support.
• Answer calls, emails, and resident inquiries.
• Register visitors and assist guest access.
• Receive, log, organize, and distribute packages.
• Monitor lobby, cameras, and access-control systems.
• Maintain incident reports and daily logs.
• Conduct property and amenity-area walks.
• Communicate important information during shift changes.
• Assist residents with amenity reservations and general requests.
• Escalate resident concerns when appropriate.
• Follow property policies, emergency procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment.
