Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members and assist with inquiries in a fast-paced club environment. You will handle phone calls, payments, and member questions while promoting memberships and promotions.

The role requires reliability, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to balance several tasks with accuracy. The position supports a flexible rotating schedule and opportunities to engage in fitness-related incentives and benefits, including a supportive team

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• Flexible rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to member needs and provide accurate information.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with knowledgeable answers.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Process payments, give change and receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
