Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, reception and program support to management and staff.
• Manage phone activity and general knowledge to callers.
• Greet walk-in customers warmly and sign in guests as needed.
• Register and assign rooms to guests; provide room rate quotes.
• Coordinate Front Desk with Housekeeping; balance charges on folios.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints within authority.
