Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests and vendors in and out; manage reservations and switchboard.
• Register and assign rooms; provide quotes and up-sell when possible.
• Balance cash and charges; respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate Front Desk with Housekeeping and management as needed.
