Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly with a smile and route questions as needed.
• Handle issued bank; report all cash discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Protect guest PII data and follow check-in/out procedures.
• Assist with lobby activation and additional duties as assigned.
