Frontgate | Avon is seeking a friendly Ambassador to join our front desk team. This guest-facing role supports arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest inquiries with a service-first approach.

The ideal candidate stays organized, communicates well, and collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met. Applicants should be comfortable with basic data entry and office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with arrivals, departures, reservations, and other front desk needs
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns with a professional, service-first approach
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to communicate guest and owner needs
• Receive, organize, and distribute mail and packages; perform routine administrative duties
• Keep the front desk and workspace neat, organized, and ready to welcome guests
