Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites - Grand Rapids Downtown, operated by Lodgco Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver high-quality guest service and ensure efficient operations at the lobby desk.

The role covers check-in/out, guest inquiries, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments to resolve issues and ensure a positive guest experience. Flexible shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm to meet hotel needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and hotel operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, assign rooms, and handle special requests.
• Know hotel policies, procedures, and loyalty programs.
• Answer phones, handle email and messages, and assist guests with issues.
