Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for the Hampton Inn & Suites - Grand Rapids Downtown to ensure a welcoming, high-quality breakfast experience for guests. You will oversee setup, service, maintenance and teardown with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are punctual, friendly, and able to follow health standards, with prior hotel or food service experience preferred. This on-site role offers stable hours and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar throughout the hotel breakfast hours
• Ensure food quality and quantity are correct
• Maintain a neat and orderly kitchen: wash, dry, and put away all dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, clean countertops, empty trash, clean cupboards, drawers, and clean refrigerator and freezer
• Rotate food
• Maintain proper levels of inventory
• Daily teardown of breakfast bar
• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
• Welcome each guest with a smile and greeting
• Must follow all Quality Assurance and Health Department standards
