Job summary

Lodgco is seeking a Breakfast Host for the Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Downtown to manage the breakfast bar before and during service, ensuring setup, replenishment, and cleanliness. You will greet guests, monitor food quality, and keep the area organized while maintaining hygiene standards.

The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a focus on guest satisfaction alongside adherence to QA and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards of the breakfast bar during breakfast hours.
• Ensure food quality and quantity are correct.
• Keep the kitchen organized: wash, dry, put away dishes, sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, wipe countertops, empty trash, clean cupboards, drawers, and fridge/freezer.
• Rotate food to ensure freshness.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Daily teardown of breakfast bar.
• Promote guest satisfaction and greet guests with a smile.
• Follow QA and Health department standards.
