• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Data Entry, Database Management experience.
• Telephone Etiquette experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and provide excellent service.
• Make restaurant reservations, provide directions, and suggest local attractions.
• Input guest information in the PMS system and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Verify guest payment methods and follow established credit procedures.
• Report unusual occurrences to management and follow safety procedures.
