Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to use basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Preferred: experience in hospitality or restaurant settings; multilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in arriving guests.
• Provide warm, friendly, courteous welcome and address guests by name.
• Register guests and assign rooms; conduct check-out with accuracy.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver memorable service.
• Resolve inquiries and coordinate with departments for guest care.
• Inform guests about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle room charges and currency conversions accurately.
• Maintain clear communication with team and managers for seamless service.
• Participate in team briefings and collaborate with supervisors.
