Job summary

The Islands of Islamorada, located in Islamorada, FL, is seeking a guest services concierge to join its team of hospitality professionals. The role focuses on ensuring every guest feels welcomed, coordinating travel plans, restaurant reservations, and on-property services to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct guest service experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
• Proficient with computers and learning technical systems.
• Satisfactory background check required.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact between guests and the organization; direct inquiries and coordinate travel plans.
• Book F&B reservations and arrange logistics for off-site activities for in-house guests.
• Take ownership of the guest experience and exceed expectations.
• Train guest services staff in elevated concierge services and share best practices.
• Create and maintain reference documents on activities, dining, and local attractions.
• Assist in forecasting, scheduling, and responding to guest reviews/surveys.
