Job summary

The Islands of Islamorada is seeking a guest services concierge to join our hospitality team. You will act as the main liaison for guests, answer inquiries, direct calls, and coordinate travel plans to ensure a welcoming experience.

You will train staff, curate guest experiences, and enhance service quality with up-to-date activity references. A strong background in luxury guest service and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct guest service experience in luxury hotel/resort environments.
• Proficient with computers and learning technical systems.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for guests, directing calls and coordinating travel and inquiries.
• Book Food & Beverage reservations and arrange logistics for off-site activities.
• Lead by example to elevate guest services standards and train staff.
• Develop and update resource guides on activities, dining, and local attractions.
