Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a memorable first impression at check-in.
• Provide guest information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Check guests in, process charges, note requests, and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and assist other departments.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and communicate information to the on-duty manager.
• Follow procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
