Four Seasons Nashville is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Agent who will be the first and last impression of the hotel. You will welcome guests with genuine hospitality, assist with check-in/check-out, and tailor experiences to individual preferences.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, a calm and professional demeanor, and a passion for guest service. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury setting with world-class service

Qualificações

• Experience in Front Desk or guest-facing hospitality preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Nashville market is a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and register guests, explain accommodations and payment methods.
• Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences with accuracy and professionalism.
• Respond to guest requests with personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Build guest relationships by understanding preferences and creating memorable experiences.
• Coordinate guest services including dining reservations, transportation, local experiences, and special requests.
• Handle guest communications via phone, email, chat platforms, and in person.
