Job summary

EWAN HOSPITALITY LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the friendly first point of contact for guests at the hotel. You will assist with check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and care.

Primary duties include processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring a welcoming experience while upholding safety and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Book, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
• Answer phones and respond to emails as needed.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and privacy procedures.
