Highland Place Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a courteous and customer-focused front desk receptionist to manage calls and assist visitors entering the facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality for residents, and accurate sign-in for visitors and vendors.

The ideal candidate will be organized, patient, and possess strong communication skills to uphold Residents’ Rights and facility policies. Duties also include light clerical tasks and support for administrative staff at the front

• Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
• Comply with Residents’ Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
• Perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements.
• Perform Essential Duties as outlined above.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the telephone and switchboard, answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Greet visitors and assist them by giving directions or contacting the person they came to visit.
• Maintain a neat and orderly front entrance and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
• Assist administrators with special tasks or projects and with mail handling and filing.
• Prepare informational packets and materials for visitors and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
