Qualifications

• Prior experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor toward residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Provide general information and assistance to residents and their families.
