Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and direct calls.
• Greet and direct visitors and family members.
• Maintain current patient listings to direct visitors and calls.
• Direct walk-in applicants to electronic application.
• Organize work for receptionist shifts and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure vendors and visitors sign in/out.
• Ensure residents sign in/out per policy.
• Provide clerical support to the Administrator and staff.
• Attend facility meetings and participate in training.
