H&R Block is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in Pleasant Hill, MO to be the welcoming face of the office during tax season. You will manage check-ins, greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience.

In this in-person role, you’ll handle documents, maintain a tidy workspace, and protect confidential information while providing courteous, professional assistance to clients and teammates

Competenze

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
• Experience in hospitality, call center, customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
