Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling systems, communication platforms, and general office technology required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees, clients, visitors and vendors professionally.
• Manage calls, take messages, and direct inquiries.
