H&R Block, Inc. in Marrero, LA is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming first impression for clients. You’ll manage client check-in, schedule appointments, and pair clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.

This in-person role supports daily office operations and collaboration with tax professionals. With training and support, this position can lead to tax preparation or office leadership.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools (Office/Teams).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
