Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Lawrence, KS is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the friendly first impression for every client. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.

In this in-person role, you’ll manage check-in and document intake, maintain a clean office, and support daily operations alongside tax professionals. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.
