Job summary

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and teamwork, with familiarity of systems like Sycle and Pay Junction. HIPAA compliance and professional service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years' experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and greet them; manage front office flow.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments and update records.
• Manage patient accounts, deposits, and inventory for the clinic.
• Support outreach, events, and retention marketing activities.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and protect patient privacy.
• Assist with daily operations and special projects as assigned.
