Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor's preferred).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish helpful for diverse NM community.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Be the Welcoming Presence: greet clients with warmth and create a supportive environment.
• Coordinate Care: manage scheduling, brief intake interviews, and verify insurance for seamless access to services.
• Empower Families: assist with paperwork and program enrollment for families and caregivers.
• Drive Success: process referrals within 24 hours in collaboration with clinical teams and schools.
