Job summary

TeamBuilders, a community-based behavioral health organization in Las Vegas, NM, seeks a Client Services Specialist to serve as the warm first point of contact at the front desk and to support daily front office operations.

You will greet clients, coordinate scheduling and intake, verify insurance, process payments, and assist families with enrollment and paperwork while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for diverse NM community.
• Proven front desk/administrative experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage front desk in a friendly, professional manner.
• Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and patient intake with clinical teams.
• Process client payments, sign forms, and maintain accurate records in EMR.
• Assist with enrollment, referrals, and school-based coordination as needed.
• Ensure lobby, meeting rooms, and offices are organized and stocked.
