P3 Health Partners in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to greet patients, manage front-desk activities and support clinical staff. Onsite role with 8am–5pm schedule, Monday–Friday.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization and confidentiality skills, and prior healthcare experience to ensure a welcoming patient experience. Responsibilities include verifying demographics, handling calls, and coordinating schedules while maintaining a calm, efficient office

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations/reschedules.
• Answer multi-line phone system and handle inquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, records).
• Maintain tidy, welcoming waiting area and assist back office staff as needed.
• Work independently in clinic environments with minimal supervision.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
